Regarding rear disc set up james, you unbolt the entire hub/backing plate from a mk3/4/5 fiesta...do the same on the mk5 rs2000 and bolt straight on to the fiesta axle. Then use a mk5 escort rs2k disc handbrake cable and its a straight fit. Job jobbed!!
I have seen entire rs2k rear brake set up with the handbrake cable etc being sold here for £200

Thats not all entirely true, mk4 and mk5 axles have different mounting hole spacing for the brakes so the Escort stuff will only fit either a Mk3 OR a Mk4/5 not sure which way though.
I'm using a Mk5 ZS axle in my Mk3 as Focus brakes bold straight on to that

my mate stuck an 8 valve head on the 2.3 bottom end and with some manegement tweeks he got 168 brake and 170 lb/ft from a shonky bottom end so with double the valves you would expect to get more power ![Grin](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)
simple engine block mods will ree the removal of the balancer shafts and away you go
