Regarding rear disc set up james, you unbolt the entire hub/backing plate from a mk3/4/5 fiesta...do the same on the mk5 rs2000 and bolt straight on to the fiesta axle. Then use a mk5 escort rs2k disc handbrake cable and its a straight fit. Job jobbed!!

Thats not all entirely true, mk4 and mk5 axles have different mounting hole spacing for the brakes so the Escort stuff will only fit either a Mk3 OR a Mk4/5 not sure which way though.
I'm using a Mk5 ZS axle in my Mk3 as Focus brakes bold straight on to that

my mate stuck an 8 valve head on the 2.3 bottom end and with some manegement tweeks he got 168 brake and 170 lb/ft from a shonky bottom end so with double the valves you would expect to get more power 
simple engine block mods will ree the removal of the balancer shafts and away you go
