Have to look at all the slips, but think they were about 2.4. The 15.1 i got was a 2.8 60ft time - gutted, as if it was better would have dipped into 14's.

Was a really good day, did 10 runs without a problem. Just wanted to lay down some times before i bolted on 5th inj and bigger turbo etc. Was running 12-13psi on the std turbo, but worst of all had the OMEX set to 6k, as it runs out of fuel above. it soooo wanted to rev more, just kept on hitting the limiter.

Quite funny, as i had a toolbox, crate of stella, and sub in the boot. Need 15's and some proper tyres i think

When you buy a rover, are there a list of excuses in the handbook, or do you just pick them up over the years off over owners?

no i just say what happened.

Got new plans now.

Going for a GT28-71R now. Whats the deal with nitrous? Can i use that at the same time?

also will using 50bhp of nitrous be faster than upping the boost to create 50bhp more power?

You will gain more improvement on your quarter time using nitrous than useing just boost.

I guess thats because its 50bhp more through the whole rev range where as with boost it will be 10bhp at 3000, 20bhp at 4000, 40bhp at 5000 etc.

You can add more extra power at any given point in the rev range to any given engine from nitrous than you can through more boost, simple as that.
