Default Rust proofing inner seals

What do people use? I get my car back on Monday and it's had the inner and outer seals done and bits and bobs on the floor also new jacking points.
The seals were primed before being welded on but I won't to rust proof them now there in place! Do people think wax oil mixed with diesel to thin it out sprayed in them or engine oil again thinned with diesel is better?

Is that a make or do you mean old oil mate? I've oil on tap in the workshop so was going to use that thinned down so it sprays better and runs into all the little gaps

At a guess as it will be thinner so spray and run Ito small gaps better but mixing it with diesel will do the same job. We have an oil spray gun at work to oil tail lift chains we mix new oil with diesel then so it sprays better

I've never heard of mixing waxoil with diesel? I've always just boiled the can for a while before spraying.

Going to be doing my car when it gets back from the bodyshop so would you recommend I had a bit of diesel?

I was told to do it so it thins it out and allows it to run into small gaps also stop it drying out fully and cracking over time

I heard white spirit can be used in wax oil for thinning.
But used engine oil is also supposed to be very good , I think I'm going to use engine oil in my sills.

Go super old school mate with this stuff that was the weapon of choice 40 odd years ago before the birth of things such as wax oil. Supertrol

It stays liquid much longer, in fact it's so thin you think it will hardly doing any good at all but go back the next day and a wonderful waxy coating has gone into every nook and cranny. I did the bottoms of my doors etc and it even seeps into the spot weld joins.

And to give you an idea of how good it really is. A friend of my dads has owned an MGB since the early 70s and he has only used Supertrol. This is more or less a daily driver and its never been welded!
