Go super old school mate with this stuff that was the weapon of choice 40 odd years ago before the birth of things such as wax oil. Supertrol

It stays liquid much longer, in fact it's so thin you think it will hardly doing any good at all but go back the next day and a wonderful waxy coating has gone into every nook and cranny. I did the bottoms of my doors etc and it even seeps into the spot weld joins.

And to give you an idea of how good it really is. A friend of my dads has owned an MGB since the early 70s and he has only used Supertrol. This is more or less a daily driver and its never been welded!
