For a reason! Detracts from the value (and looks shite as I prefer the snoop nose personally) which is why he's crazy thinking it's worth that money IMO.
Can buy a 'proper' RS2000 for that money - this is on eBay:

theres one like that for Ł20k on ebay! why do they vary in value so much?

Plain and simple greed a lot of the time!
Though a genuinely good example with the original parts and trim will always be worth strong money.

Never liked the snoop front, unless, as said above, it's in X-pack guise. Flat front box arched for me

same here flat front that was what i thought in 1986 bought a mexico rather than the rs 2000 with a rocket box in lol

depends whether custom pack was fishnet recaros which my mex had the standard trim was rolltop seating

Its ok, seen plenty of rs2000 rally cars converted to flat fronts (easier to repair once you've had a shunt of 2) Do prefer the droop snoop mind.

The seats look terrible in it. It needs the fishnet recaro's fitted to it .
