Check on SECS monitor the following...

1) The MAP readings are near zero (+/-0.5 psi) when the engine isnt running.

2) Check the coolant temperature reads 80-95 C when fully warmed up.

3) Check the throttle readings are 0 to 100% for the full travel of the pedal.

4) Check the battery voltage is above 12.7 volts when the engine is idling.

And a few questions ....

Does the car rev above 4000 rpm when warmed up ?

Does the car when it cuts out, cut out completely then recover or does it
surge (jerky feeling) ?

Could possibly be a fuelling problem.
My advice is do not drive it hard until it is checked by a competant person.
Cossie engine rebuilds are not cheap.

Next time it happens watch the rev counter.
Does it still read correctly or does the reading drop like a stone when
the problem happens?

Its hard to diagnose problems like this over the internet !

Sounds like the crank position sensor, phase sensor or ignition amplifier
are on the way out.

Replace them in that order !!
