We get all ours done locally, and as we send so much stuff there it costs buttons

Try your local Yellow Pages

Be careful using industrial powder coaters, I once got a set of alloys done and they used shot to blast them needless to say they didn't look particularly great with stonechip finish

I have been quoted £30 to blast the beam and powder coat it if that gives you any idea of cost.

I'm in the process of getting mine ready to be done, but I'm windy about getting the arms done with the spherical bearings in situ. Anyone know if this is OK or not?

I'm too grippy to buy a new set too!

Any ideas on cheap places for newies?

Neil.

We get them done without the bearing in, then just run a tap back down the thread. Or sometimes we screw in some old worn out joints. Dont leave yours in that your going to re-use. If you know your size try Martin (MEFmotorsport) in the traders section

Didn't know they were threaded in!

I'm thinking I might get the beam and half shafts powder coated, but just have the arms blasted. Then I can paint them by hand with no worries about heat damage.
