car window wind deflectors

The wind deflectors do work and IMO do look good, but it depends on which type you get.
Ideally, you want the wind deflectors that fit in the window channel as opposed to being stuck on the outside of the door.
They allow you to have the windows open just enough to be comfortable, without getting blown to bits by the air
here's the 3 door Focus, with wind deflectors fitted, leave it up to you to decide if they look OK or not:

As above, look good but a pain when washing the car as you have to open the windows and clean the top parts separately. I don't miss not having any anymore

On the motorway you can open your windows about 1/3 to 1/2 without getting the blustery wind into the cabin.
When you close the windows you don't get that horrible ear popping screech

No worries mate.
Added bonus as well is that rain/water doesnt automatically drench the top edge of the door card if you have the window open a bit with deflectors fitted

I've just ordered heko ones for my 170. I like the way they look personally. I wouldn't go for cheap nasty ones though they don't fit properly and your window doesn't close properly. I'd always go for heko or climair ones.

The ones on my focus above are the climair ones, bought direct off their website.
I have the team heko ones on my SEAT Leon.
The only dfference is the climair ones are a tight fit in the window channel & dont come with any clips.
The team heko ones come with little clips that fit in the window channel before you fit the deflector in place.
Both are excellent quality. It just depends which ones you prefer.
Heko ones as below, there is a slight styling difference, the Heko ones are a bit more 'square' in design, as the Climair ones are more rounded
