Default bespoke looms warning number 2

I would have put this on the other thread but it has been locked.
basically I only had minutes to glance over the car when I picked it up and yesterday it was raining,iv sorted the car out today and checked it all over.
I cant help but feel even more shocked at the way my car was treated while with mark at bespoke looms.

he has put marks all over my expensive extinguisher bottle, this wouldn't be a issue with a out and out rally car but when im building this car to be very pretty, the smallest mark ruins it for me.

there was a chrisp packet thrown in the car, again such a silly thing but just shows my car wasn't shown any respect atal.

my roof is full of white overspray from something.this is just shocking tbh!!!!!!

the scratches in my rear bumper are now much more clear now the car is dry, again I hate to see my car like this, mid build or not.

theres white fur started to accumulate on my engine mount, showing it must have been stored out in the rain at some point for a period of time.

all the bolts have turned orange with rust, again this just shows its been left out to the elements.

my cam pulleys are the worst.its no big deal but its just shows what actually went on up there.

my car was thrown to the side and left to rot while I was fed lies by mark.

pics on the way.

all of us can totally empathise with you as its simply very poor show indeed by mark, and the lack of respect shown for your car is plain for all to see and I would suggest you consult legal advice, as forum opinions will differ and could prejudise a case.

I don't want anything off the guy.no a single thing.
I just want to show people what hes done and wouldn't want a single person getting cought by this con artist.

I feel sorry for the cars he has there.
theres a orange Porsche there that if im right has been there around 9-12 months.
I wish I could contact the guy.

I just dont understand why anybody would con anybody else..

I am absolutely desperate to move house as we live on a shit road in a shit area, and im seriously working my backside off to make it happen somehow legal - i'd beg, borrow but not steal! Yet this cock seams happy to rip people off for money (im guessing he doesnt give back all he has taken to most people - the way these tossers work)

boils my piss

absolutely shocking and not acceptable by any garage no matter how big or small.
the marks on the bodywork i dont see how they could happen by accident as theres so many ?
and as for there being old wire within a so called BESPOKE LOOM, ridiculous and unacceptable tbh.
while people keep accepting this sort of service though the company will continue to trade, on the other thread there was alot of people jumping in saying they had similar experiences, now assumeing there all true why did they not speak up sooner ?

everybody makes mistakes we are only human BUT what makes a company is how they deal with any mistakes imo.

dont give up luke just take abit more time finding another reputable tuner.

I can see why the others didn't say anything.if im honest I just planned to get the car home, money back and forhet the whole thing despite the six months of lies etc,but after what happened and what iv found I thought,no way!!!!im getting this out there for people to see.

I understand a few people will be thinking ahh come on now you had your say yesterday etc but im off work and got all the time I need to keep on putting these threads on as many forums as I can,and I only feel this way because of what happened and what iv found.i seem to have come off slightly worse than the others too

thanks for the encouragement mate, ill pick myself up sooner or later and crack on with it.my heads just in a mess in regards to looms etc now.

Shocking way to treat someone elses property butt .. ...

... I'd loose sleep if I did that to a customers car, and wouldnt sleep untill it was rectified to the customers satisfaction, being a car enthusiast myself I know what a car can mean to someone ..

.. didnt notice my leg untill home when I jumped in the bath .. stung a bit and thought what the eff like ? .. Big Foot left his mark butt

It doesn't take a brain surgeon to realise that's someone's pride and joy. That been treated like a piece of shit. I would be well fucked off too!

To be honest even if you did come across aggressive i'm hardly surprised, i would of acted the same way based on your versions of accounts. That said i have not heard or read the other side of the story and as Mat said in the original thread, there are to sides to every story.

I've got to be honest here, the corrosion is down to you not lacquering or painting the relevant parts. No mater how its stored or used it will happen eventually. Damage like to the bumper, over spary etc is not expectable in the slightest.

do you mean on the shell??or the engine??
shell has been caged out on my drive for a long time in all weathers and it was never looking like it does.
and the engine has always been kept looking like it does in the last pics, even when it was in the car and being driven in snow, rain, fog etc,it would never go like it has and nothing was painted etc then.
theres no excuses for any of it.
I I had a car in that had bare metal showing id do what ever it took so the shell left in the condition it arrived in.
its not the rust im worried about either, its the way the car must have been stored or neglected that's coused it to become this way that worries me.and this is the point im making.

Definitely needs taking to small claims, especially as you have photographic evidence of the before/after.
No one should have their pride and joy mistreated, absolutely disgusting.

i did'nt speak up earlier because i took it as a lesson learnt and got on with it the build of the car its causing me enough stress as it is! plus was very embarrassed as id sent mates there before actually knowing what was going to happen! and the service they got

i lost Ł700 plus countless phone calls, trips down to kent and fuel with transporting it there

i even got charged by the engine builder for cleaning the overspray off the throttle bodies as it was everywhere

now to some Ł700 isn't a lot of money and to me it is but im to far into the build to walk away and also to spend even more trying to get it back, he did offer to keep all the parts and try and give me my money back but i dont think he ever would have especially seeing as he was going on holiday to the states prob with my money as spending money, so thought grab everything i can which was prob Ł150 worth of parts and get the fuck out of there!

i have txts and emails of all the bullshit and a few pics on my old computer as proof

just dont use him people!!

I have to disagree with you there, but i agree to disagree. Just remember we have had the coldest and longest winter on record. IMO it would of done the same on your drive.

lets not forget that if it was done in the two weeks he said or even 4 weeks with problems(not 6 months) then it would probebley be in paint right now.thus there is no way around it.it wouldn't be like this if he done his job.

and because it was taking soo long I have texts between me and mark of me asking if theres any rust forming as its taking longer than it should and hes replied no there is no rust.

So looks like you need a full detail to remove the overspray, (which can be removed by a professional), and a bumper repaint, I would be on the phone and say if these was covered then it would save going to small claims court and seeking help from trading standards

Would be the easiest thing for both party's

Hope you get it sorted and as above will Pedley racing
