Right my pa has got £3000 to buy a car but doesn't want to spend the whole £3000 he said £2000 is his limit as the other £1000 is for my little sis to get a car.
His requirements are he will use it for work but he needs 5 seats minimum and a big boot for the dogs/work tools it needs to be economical and reliable with a little bit of poke and preferably not expensive for parts should he need them.(obviously they will be 2nd hand cars not new no older than 2000)
Our family have always been Ford orientated and mainly owned Ford but make is not a problem he currently runs "The Passion Wagon" a Chrystler Voyager 2ltr petrol piece of shit nothing but problems heavy and not only expensive on parts but no 1 will touch It very unreliable and expensive to run, but it is big and roomy. Car before this was his mk6 ford escort estate 1.8 tdi limited edition and this was bought new from Fords and owned from 1997 to 2012 (his brother now owns it). Cars before this were all mainly Capri's, he has also always run a transit or 2 up until 2011 as it just is not economical for him to run so many cars/vans!
