bmw 316
asking for a mate ... he was told that a 1997 316 has a 1800cc enginge in them just that bmw still call them a 316 ... bollox or what <>?

The early e34 shape bmw's had the 1800 badged as a 316! Not sure about the later ones but i doubt it.

e34 is a 5 series. Maybe you mean E36
