What is involved in changing the T25 to a T35 on the small turbo escort cosworth, what price roughly would it be, im posting this for a mate

not cheap,

you need new loom/sensors/ecu/fuel pump and a few other bits

around 3500 with a new pectel loom and full mapping sessoin
and all the bits to mod

Would it stay with small turbo head, silver cover, coil-on-plug ignition? Or are you talking about convertion to big turbo spec?

A GT35 'fell' onto the exhaust manifold and the ECU remapped itself to compensate IIRC.
