Just a quick query, if I took one of my wheels down to my local place could they test the tyre for a puncture? I think I found the cause of my spin off the other night, the rear passenger tyre was on 3psi today!!

as above the only reason for a tyre to be a 3 psi is some little twat let your tyres down or you got a punture but saying that you may of fooked the rim when you lost it the other day.
pump it back to 30 psi and if by the morning it has gone down the get the tyre firm to spin it up it may be a fu-ked wheel
