puma 1.7 engine problem?

Default puma 1.7 engine problem?

hi there, have a 1.7 puma'd fiesta.

every soo often if im in low revs the car hesitates like its holding back then it will just surge forward as if its power has came back...

any ideas to what it could be?

Is that just in 1st gear or all gears.. alls i know is the puma ecu limits torque in 1st

I have a FRP and mine used to do this. I changed the HEGO sensor, plugs, leads and cap - cleared it right up.

sounds like one of the sensors playing up! can you read the ECU?
MAF, TPS, ICV & IAT

I have attached a pic I found this shows some of the ones to look at!
