300 bhp cossie engined fiat cinquecento
heard about a local fella building this, apparantly it has a rear wheel drive space frame affair with a 300 bhp cossie lump,rollcage,fuel tank under the bonnet etc,heard it was in my local garage for the drive shafts to be fitted but the engine was too off set to one side but i reckon it would be pretty quick down the 1/4 when finished if the front wheels stay on the ground

apparantly exsisits so yeah spose it must do! i know of a rear wheel drive mini with a 2.1 zetec turbo rear wheel drive so spose anythings possible

Apparently Stu told him to MOVE THE ENGINE or it would end up hanging outta the back
Fooking nutter though, hands down to the guy though,,,gotta have some guts driving that they ain't stable with their normal engine

they guy is quite well known in essex, he had a turbo'd blue orion and a blue saph cossie used to be a regular at essex rs owners.i say fair play to him when its done its gonna fly

It's blue BTW and the engine is mounted transverse, not longditudenal, i.e. mounted like a cvh in a rst.
The engine is in, and the subframe is being strengthened, as it is on coilovers, and the old cinq was flexing a bit.
Engine is in the back. It was gonna be 200bhp s2 lump....but it's about the same work to get the cossy lump in.
Car is my mates, I am just supplying all the stuff, tanks, cables, brakes, bodykit, wheels, etc etc.

1st weekend i had my cossie he was egging me on to drive like a loon!
Kinda worked lol
He's been with us to fordfair a few times and been on the norfolk stand.
Ain't actually seen him for quite a while as last time i spoke to Rick he was saying him + Bird had just got a house!
