waiting on a twin cossie cooler setup at the mo, but chap is extremely busy..
These coolers you do for the S2, any results at all, as in ACT's
Had a GRS and got rid of it fter a while for various reasons.. mainly a cash reason But, the rad is still way back.. therefore, noticed ou do the complete fan setup too Will it be possible to have the fans on the Rad as opposed to the cooler itself?
thanks

Hi Chap..
we are working on a cooler at the moment which will allow the fans to be fitted between the rad and cooler- this is really going to be a special order job and will fit to cars which have been modded.
Our air intake temps are remarkably stable and run in the early 40's in warm weather.
Beware though...ACT's arent everything when looking for a cooler.
We have designed the kit to be lo-lag, high flow (you will see a gain in boost pressure after fitting our cooler- not a loss like many others)and to run without effecting the water temperatures....
And above all, this is a complete kit- you do not need to buy anything else, we supply the fans brackets etc,and your original hoses still fit !

we just need to pull our finger out a little! (sorry for the wait hartyboy!)
I will make sure the info is posted as soon as the kit is ready for general release.

Westy,
Water temps wont be a problem as we are using the same core as we do for our normal front mount but we will be developing different end tanks and bracketry.
could be a couple of weeks though as we are seriously busy at the moment.

Hi Adam,
The coolers we already manufactureare single pass..
The 'specials' we are doing will be aimed at chaps that want their fans fitted between the rad and cooler.
kind regards
wayne
ps looks like we may have time mid next week

The Pro Alloy front mount does work very well. We fitted one to our project car, and with a relatively standard engine saw a 2psi boost increase and a 14bhp gain. Not to mention the improved response from the engine

Oooh can I add my own Pro Alloy question pretty pleeeeeease
1) Do you do any front mount intercooler kits for the GTi-R ?
2) If I use a core from another car (R33 Skyline or Evo 6+ probably) could you do me a pipe run ?
3) How much roughly (ballpark) would either of the above cost ?
Cheers
James
