only problem is it's twice as hard to fit than the previous model....
two holes to drill now!!!!!

ahh cool
i just wired the fans up to a battery and it nearly blew me over there mega powerful
could do with the connectors to match the plugs on the intercooler fans so i dont have to cut them off and it will keep the damp out
i also mesured the amps being drawn with 2 fans and it was nearly 10 amps
so i might have a relay set up in there somwhere to take the load
damn i must be board!
and how much do you sell the brackets for i think i lost them when i pulled it out the box a few weeks ago

At last .....pics of the prototype cooler fitted to Hartyboys car...
Paralell top and bottom tanks...
Fans fitted to the radiator....
will still fit with the standard bumper....
Available with or without the turbocoler
note.. on pic 2 you can see the air deflector panel behind the cooler... this is designed to stop the air passing through the intercoler and escaping through the gap between the cooler and radiator

The passion ford price for the 'Generation 2' cooler without the fans is £364.83 including vat and after the pf 10% discount....( normal price £395 + vat)
With the fans £417.71.
the new cooler will fit with kenlowes and is designed to operate with the fans between the intercooler and radiator
If you require the kit with fans, we woul supply SPAL ( they fit the rad better)

this makes all the air go through th radiator and improves cooling
