making a car jig, dimensions etc?
im gonna tackle making my own roll over jog/spit for my A4,
whats the sort of thickness of square tubing etc i need to use?
also what type of bearings for the rollover bit?

tottally agree miller, but the one im getting is a universal adjustable one so can fit a large number of cars, I do trchnical drawings so I just though it wouldnt hurt to have them for reference if anyone wanted them or needed to know one up

exactly, the materials needed and a bit of time, grinding disks, electricity, plasters for cut fingers, will be even Ł100 MAX by the time you buy good drill bits and a splash of paint
Raj, its mainly more for the height when spinning the car over and getting the 2 points centred between front and rear, if that makes sense

@ Sean - it should be within the next 2 months we get the jig as I myself am waiting to get my new garage sorted so I can crack on with my car, probably a bit too long for you but I will have some drawings done as soon as I get it for yourself or anyone else who is interested
