Thought Id share some pics from the auction area and some of the
track action from today.


Before I do I must say, the sound of these older cars is incredible!
So much better than the noise of todays machines.

I watched maybe 20 lotus cortina's out on track today. It was quite a site.
As was the classic touring cars.
Loved seeing the Rs500's out together.


I didn't get to take pics of all the cars, however I did manage to get up close to a Ferrari F40! What an awsome looking car.


Also seeing and hearing the old Tyrrel car was quite something.

Im going there tomorrow for the weekend.Im.so looking forward to seeing the RS500s.Setting off at 7am in the morning so should be there for dinner time.

Yeh get yourself there matey.I do like silverstone.Its a good place and a cracking track.

I hope there are some good/nice cars there.
