I had exactly the same problem. I cut the outlets off the tank, fitted angled aeroquip joints, cut a bit of metal off the bottom of the brace and run everything under the brace... Looked ok for me, but my car isn't so mint as yours!

just an idea but could you not spin the strut brace around so it mounts at the back of the strut instead of the front then giving more room for the hoses

The only seperation is done because the breather port outlet pipe is extended on the inside of the tank. So the pipe is acting as seperator. So the ports can be moved as long as they a placed at same hight as std.
I have same strut brace as you - you need to relocate those fittings - will not fit the way you are trying to unfotunately.
