Have you tried a new genuine ford gasket?

I've reused my genuine ford gasket 3 times now. (i'm tight)

which manifold?
if it's the exhaust may i ask how the breather on the front has been blocked?
i had an issue with a plate and three bolt block for the breather (dean wall block), when the erst manifold was fitted, one of the bolt heads was keeping the manifold from sitting back enough to seal properly.
with the head being cleaned up the face may have been machined and bring mani into the block a little more.

i just ground the head down on the bolt, core plug would be better though.
infact i doubt the bolt had much left to actually hold the corner down, there is no need for three anyway.

like i said, i ground loads back, just take the bolt out might be easier, if you find it spitting oil out, fit a gasket or a little sealant.
