Default silicone hose sizes - cosworth

Does anyone know the sizes for common silicone hoses on the cosworth range?

im thinking T34 filter to turbo,
turbo to rs500 cooler boost hose,
cooler to std throttle body boost hose

Ive been talking with some composites friends about flexible silicone resins and use with kevlar and carbons.

Ive been thinking experimenting with making some simple straight and 90/45 degree carbon/kevlar silicone hose replacements.

Idea being using kevlar instead of the usual cloth reinforcement used on standard silicone.

The concept being kevlar is stronger by a significant margin so that a kevlar/carbon hose could be made with a much thinner wall thickness compared to a regular silicone hose, and hence both save weight and give something that is strong, unique and with a different finish to most hoses. Eg you could use 2x2 twill on the outside layer for a hose that matches the carbon in rest of engine bay, or you could leave it raw kevlar (yellow), or any other combination of colours using "coloured" carbon fabrics or even dyes in the resin.

Someone was saying 75mm is a common boose hose size. Would be useful to know the cossie sizes i mentioned above as id make some test pieces of various sizes and wall thickness so something i could give to a few people to test would dictate doing something in a sensible common size.

I dont think they will be interested in helping me when im hoping to design a hose that could potentially be a lighter product than theirs if the research pays off and its a product someone wants.

I know some cossie throttlebodies are 63mm for example, but id rather know from someone that knows.

Surely someone with a escos or similar would have had to buy xxmm hose when they bought a new intercooler.

i would measure the stuff on my car, but its not regular cossie stuff and measureing flexible hoses is never going to be precise.

if i know that a common ID boost hose is 63mm, then i just buy some alloy tube of the right size to make a mould/mandrel from (taking into account wall thickness etc).

If it works, i will give away a few test pieces for people to try and blow up, then if all is good i might have a go at a hose kit.

Standard 2WD and 4x4 Intercoolers are 63mm both ends
RS500 Intercoolers are 76mm both ends
Standard 2WD and 4x4 Throttle Bodies are 63mm
Small Turbo Thottle Bodies are 70mm
RS500 Throttle Bodies are 76mm
Turbo compressor housing outlets vary from around 43mm to 63mm
Turbo compressor housing inlets are usually 76mm or 102mm

Just what i was after rich!!

What would your typical T3 and say T34 have as compressor inlet and outlet??

Id imagine they are still fitted on most of the average cars out there.
