What does your car say about you??????
Following the qoute of Spadge(just a bit of banter between us, but DOES ring true for a lot of people) i just wondered what your car said about you????
At least i can afford to buy a car with a cossie lump in it Lee 
I've driven more fast cars than you've wanked over owning and i bet thats saying something
Like i say bit of fun, but a LOT of people do say things on here about other users like they actually know what kind of person they are cos of the car they own.

well i enjoy driving me escort cabrio, dont know if thats any help though 
my cossie and escort cabrio shooe im a lazy fooker who never washes his car, and its true as the last time i washed the cabrio ( and was also the first time too) was when it was on the passionford stand at the essex regional day
the cossie ive never washed but out imagrant friends did last month and will do on wednesday too

OK to set the storey straight.
1. ZOO is not my main source of income. I run my own software company, have done for the past 6 years and that pays the bills, always has, and fingers crossed always will
2. The ZOO has now got back to how I want it, a hobby garage for me. It's Broms place of work. I just turn up to mess about when I want, and do what I want.

5. Time, I don't want to spend all of my time fixing the escort or building it or maintaining it, I have two kids, that are a priority and my new car will "hopefully" allow me to just turn up and have fun and finaly start doing track days rather than just talking about them.
6. I don't care if i get overtaken by anything. I got overtaken by loads, including Martins Metro in my M3 last year, didn't stop me having a good time and that is that. I just want to turn up razz my motor round have fun and drive home. Plus have something to razz round in at the weekends.
7. Yes I am seeing a girl in Atlanta. I am in L.A. at the moment doing WORK stuff, but she has absolutly no bearing on anything to do with my cars.
8. Yes the car is pretty close to being done. I reckon about two months and another Ł10k will see it sorted. But it is no longer what I want and that is that.
9. No big secret, the new car is a Lotus Exige (series 1). I used to have an Elise before my Escort and loved it, so have had an Exige to fill the gap before the new Porsche 911 (997) GT3 that i have put a deposit on turns up in 2006 or whenever.
10. Mods have already started on the Exige. It stayed standard for 100 miles!!

I have an '89 Saff Cossie cos i'm far too sentimental. Have had it nearly 10 years and still look at it thru rose tinted specs even tho it has caused me a LOT of hassle and cost serious amounts of money over the last few years. It's like an old dog, i know it's cruel but it should be put out of it's misery.
I also drive a Boxster,cos i'm 32 and haven't got any kids.....yet.

Think I have the wrong car as I personally am frugal (tight in other words!!) and try to look after the environment by recycling stuff and not wasting resources
