You can't fault Mark's parts, but unfortunately this is part of the reason I broke mine, things were taking me far too long and holding up progression with the car for months

hi james rod or mark havent actualy ordered one or paid for it ,they said they wanted a girdle and i said i would keep one for them when they are done, they are nearly complete there was a lot of work in them and i have to do paying work first ,these are new products which i have to fund until there ready to sell ,but to say you broke your car over a diff mount is a bit daft but that is all water under the bridge i am sorry you feel that way as the diff mount was actualy free but you say different but its sorted now ,this is someone elses thread so its best not to clutter it up with this ,you have my number james if you wish to call me
thanks
mark

Mark,

As you say we don't agree

Best not to get into it on here - if the mount turns up this week there will be no need

i have always paid mark half of the money up front and has never let me down , we have sometimes had to put collecting my parts back as hes to busy , and tbh i dont think people really understand how much work goes in to these parts , not just machining but fabrication ,painting etc . hes a one man band trying to do his best and please everyone and personally i think sometimes you have to wait for quality and parts that cost half the price of the orginals its a worthwhile wait

but there are no excuses if i give a delivery date i should meet ,i do try too please but sometimes it backfires and too those people i apologise ,it does happen too me aswell lol ,i order things and get told a date and somtimes weeks go by but i dont come on here wingeing i just accept sometimes it happens .and as for paying upfront i have too i ordered a quaife gearbox Ł7800 up front no discount told 12/14 weeks at a guess ,wanted a incolnel manifold told full payment upfront and 12 weeks ,and thats off someone i send parts too then get paid lol ,i dont know anyone who doesent take orders with out some sort of payment up front , i do it because most of my products are bespoke and the material is expensive and i cant not get paid for them ,plus i let someone have 4 uprights on trust and never paid

well said mark , i certainly wouldnt take any orders without a deposite , you have a family and to come home every week a few hundred quid down soon starts to add up .
