Always loved my Mercs, has anyone driven a c55 or and e55 and which do you think is the better all rounder? Both lovely cars in my opinion and really fancy one.

worked for merc 7 years and driven both, c55 is a rare car only seen a few, more 211 e55s about, c55 n/a and e55 supercharged, i think the e55 is the better car and puts its power down better

Ive learnt something there as presumed they both had the same engine.

no the c55 ,slk 55,clk 55 all n/a e55 ,sl55 cls55 ,cl55 all supercharged, c55 is about 360 hp and e55 is around 500hp, go e55

e55 amg with out a doubt is mental !!! lol very nice to drive bigger to how much ower !!!!!!! lol loved it

im a massive merc fan and love c55/e55s i have a c36amg but hope to get a c32

the c32 are a cracking car too and again quite rare, early 203 c class can suffer badly from rust, c55s are the facelift and seem to have better bodies and better dashboard the old w202 c43 is a rare car too, and a quick car

its no amg but i like it all the same... would love the E55. a friend has the earlier model E55 and its deffo fun!
