What's the best bulbs to get for my 2008 focus I want a really nice look and good brightness I've heard recently about osrams yay or nay my current bulbs look mince

Plenty available in the market, Osram Nightbreakers seem to have a good rep. Ring Xenon 120% ones look good for the money too.
