Default How to remove siezed blank/bolt from head???

Does anybody have any suggestions..
Its an old mercedes engine, blank is located just under inlet manifold, and sits flush with head, something like a core plug.(manifold is off, so good access). All it has is a large hex allen key hole. Bolt is made of brass?? And head alloy.
Tried the long snap on bar, scaffolding bar! With wd40 freeze spray. lightly heated it. whilst trying not to damage anything.
Has not budged it! Arrgh!!!

Thanks

I dont think "lightly" heating it would make any difference.... if youre going to try and remove a bolt using heat then it needs to be glowing red!!

You could try some plusgas?

Ive never heard of spark erosion so cannot comment on that.

Without a doubt, EDM will be an engine out job but will definitely do the trick.

If it's only brass, then why not just drill it out whilst it's in situ?

Dont want to take engine out just for a stuck plug.
Again...too paranoid so doesnt want to drill either!
Is there anyone near heathrow that has a staedy hand or specializes in this sort of field??
