Nice as it looks, with the main bit of the plenum on top like that with a throttle body on the end and an iscv sticking up i dont think you'd be able to shut the bonnet!

From memory you can swap that bit over.

Good looking plenums though

thats the good bit about the jenvey inlet you get the backplate with the trumpets (different lenghts if you want), then you get the front cover which is universal so you can have the diffuser top or bottom then the diffuser can be mounted left or right.

heres my zetec one as you can see the front cover is bolted and so is the difuser

mounted the other way

Looks good.

I dont understand why it says

" equal pressure across the inlet ports

I was taught that the pressure in a container is the same no matter where it is measured from, A plenum is just a funny shape of container so I cant understand why there would be a pressure difference between inlet runners ?

Its because of the way the air enters the plenum.
It is distributed more evenly across the 4 outlets.
Dont for get this inst a "stable" container. When the valves open it changes the volume of the "container" and the ports are in different places inside so will pull the air in different directions...

its the design of the diffuser that give equal pressures across all inlet ports
heres a picture looking down the diffuser and we can see the taper built into the diffuser housing ,

it would be nice to know what extra power it gives on a high powered yb as the one they tried on the evo jumped up 70bhp over the standard inlet and the engine was a high powered evo before anyone says it wasnt.

I understand how this could affecct the volume of air each cylinder consumes but I dont see how the pressure could be affected ????

the twin one is machined from billet with the jenvey runners bolted on.....
i only wish it was my engine....its an extreme tuner no expense spared 2000hp evo engine build. the money spent on it is unbelievable. i do wonder how it would work on say cossie engines but i think the exhaust port flow on a cossie(120 cfm) is limited compared to an evo(176 cfm) same flowbench/pressure etc.

The build for that evo is impressive. Certinaly is no exspense spared as you say when you see the sort of materials they are using to make things
