supercar = super money = looking like a cock
wayhey look at me ive got a lambo but i cant pull away from an evo that cost less than half of the price??
lambos are pretty much status icons and fair dous they got power but in reality ppl buy them to show wealth more than anythin imo
if the lambo is such a supercar why can it not pull away from a evo fq400?

well if the evo's such a supercar eater then why did it get humped by a fiat marea hire car on a 1 mile runway ?
And lambo's arent really designed to go round a track fast, their a prestige/performance road car aimed at high earners, they make them look sleek and expensive and thats what makes people buy them
horses for courses....do you crave performance that much to drive an evo over the lambo? i know i'd be looking at the overall picture....that lambo would look nicer on the drive than a lancer, and your starting off with a base engine already with almost 500bhp, if you want more its easily achevable
kinda funny how no-one really thinks supercar owners will buy performance bits for their cars

speaking of Lambos here is one my friend repaired a couple of months ago
apparently she lost it and rolled it after trying to avoid a sheep in the
middle of the road

and the lambo finished looks awesome

We know that but, average Lambo is what Ł40-50k upwards (secondhand ones), average standard Cossie, 6-8k?
I'm sure most people would rather have a Lambo or similar to a Sierra but the simple fact is, most people can't afford them, so we make the best out of what we can afford.
I personally wouldn't want a Lao, Ferrari etc, i'd feel like a bit of a twat driving it tbh, if i had the money i'd much rather have a fast saloon, V10 M5, Audi RS6 etc.

the fact is both cars were being hammered around the track and neither of them was faster than the other, there wasnt much between them
but if im paying to buy a performance car i'd prefer the evo over a lambo it has similar performance, has 5 seats so can use it as a daily and use it practically for the school run etc and then it wont cost as much of a fortune to service than what a lambo would cost
you wouldnt have an either or choice to make, for people buying a lambo probably will have other cars with this being a weekend car. a lambo is a dream car that usually needs a lottery win to buy for your averge joe.an evo is an everyday car most could stretch to.
a hypothetical choice doesnt need to be clouded by luggage/fuel cost issues.
