Having real problems with my car atm.

With it being an old car 1990 xr3i can it be put on a diagnostics to see whats playing up with it?

Just need to no if there is a sensor failing or if the problem is elsewhere!

Any help would be gratefull!!!

being a car of that age i believe there is a pair of diagnostic ports on your car which normally strapped today in the shape of a triangle.problem is you will need an old skool ford diagnositc machine called a star tester which is basically just a code reader.very rare to find a working one i imagine or a garage that still has one

I just had a look on our snap-on verus under heritage software and your car is listed, so you don't have to go to ford if you don't want to, i think anybody with a modis or verus will be able scan it for you.
