nice one but looks like ive sorted it now as i popped over to andy robinson race cars after work as hes modding my fuel rail by brazing on too aero fittings as im going to do the hole fuel system and as im going to mount the reg some where else it was the fixed tail i was having probs with but hes going to weld a fitting on to that as he says he can do it with out damaging the inside and as he stocks all the fitting and hose hes going to sort the same type of set up as in that pic for the removable one

ive welded several, the first i tried just leaked, after several hours of differant processes, mig, tig, gas, they all leaked, when you file off the outer plated coating you will see the cooper lining, how do you thing the injector cups are sealed in? they are not welded they are compressed into a copper lining hence they seal.
im sure Andy will be able to come up with a method to weld it.

I've silver soldered loads in the past and never had one leak...although silver solder is a non penetrating process, we have used it on small stainless jobs up to 60 bar and not had an issue....
