The parts have not risen as fast as the complete cars, as so much is standard 3dr anyway, and the good stuff like interiors is usually shot on a breaker. 13k is probably not far off in my opinion.

I looked at a ropey one last year, and struggled to calculate more than 12k of spares in it, I could of had the car for 18k, its since been tarted up and has been for sale at 42k for quite a while now.
