For my tum, For dinner today i will be mostly eating a micro curry from Sainsburys the 3 for a fiver ones and i gotta say they are stunning I will also be adding a nice nan bread yum

Nah the sainsburys ones are nicer dude u gotta try them. Had loads of micro currys and these are the best by far i cant get enough of them

What sort of wholeful meal can I make from 1/4 pack of digestives, some cheese, half a pot of coleslaw (sp?) a bag of crisps and a mini roll?

I dont cook, so the freezer full of meat and vegetables won't help me....lol

mmmmmmm 12 sausage rolls heated up in the micro , big dollop of ketchup followed up with a chicken and mushroom pot noodle and a couple of slices of fresh bread .
