Default fitting a stage1 chip

was looking on ebay lastnight and seen a msd stage 1 chip for my car.
was thinking of buying one and fitting it myself. is it essential i get the car setup afterwards or should it be ok. its running standard boost at the mo.
i fitted a chip into my old e30 325 and it just pushed in are these the same?

The chips are seated in a socket yes, it's not essential but a very wise idea to get the fueling etc checked over by someone after and also a uprated actuator i.e. -31, do you have standard HG?

Not essential no, but it's reccomended, the standard one is most likely alright but bearing in mind the age (If original) and the extra pressure, I guess thats why your advised to!

my advise is to forget all that

book your car in to nms and get the stage 1 gunship

on the road you will make stage 3 cars look silly

most aggressive stage 1 there is and its super safe

There is a fair amount of things to be checked properly on a good setup to get the best from your chip and car best to take it to someone who knows and understands the webber system well

you reckon

the gunship uses the t3 and has a hugh boost spike low down as the standard injectors can fuel it at lower revs

the gunship is the one to go for

give nms a bell it will be well worth the travelling
