None of that means anything to me....lol
as long as I don't get bored I'm intending on using the lenses as a starter and progress from there with some better kit... The 2 lenses were only £105 delivered (2nd hand from a photography shop) so I wasn't expecting anything too superb lol
Used bits (from a photography shop)...
2 lenses £105
Boxed 450d with battery and charger etc etc (body only) £240
New bits (from amazon)...
2 SanDisk Extreme pro 8GB SD cards £41.98 (£139.90 from jessops)
Tripod and bag £9.46
USB convertor thingy that SD card goes in £1.93
Bag £13.99
Lets be honest I use my iphone for taking pics at the mo so this lot will be an improvement...lol

I was more than happy with the results from my 400d with the efs 18-55 is lens
in fact thats the only lens I used on it
who'd have thought that taking a picture could be so fookin complicated lol
what's even more strange is what you see in the view finder is not the full frame picture your camera will take you end up with more in the pic
go figure

Im thinking about just puttin my canon eos strap on the 5d so you cant see what camera it is, nothing like advertising your £1500 camera for all the pikeys to see
Are you waiting for a 600D mate?

your camera is a Canon EOS REBEL T3i same as a 600d but it will have been imported and not meant for the uk market
same camera and will be worth a bit less when you come to sell it and you have to be careful with warranty issues as it may need to go back to the country it came from
should be a good camera though as i loved my 500d 550 and 60d

warranty is 12 months return to supplier whom are Uk
didn't have any probs with my 400d from dixons so thought I'd risk the massive saving
they are all imported from japan anyway
Big thanks to you all especially Stu with his recommendation of the efs 17-55 IS USM f2.8 lens and what a fookin lens it his
had to pay 660 delivered for it second hand well chuffed with it all

They are freaky.
Anyway, took the 5D out for a spin today and the new 50mm prime. I like it.

Ill be honest im not a massive fan of primes, I got the camera body only, i really want the 24-105 or the 24-70f/2.8 so until pay day at the end of the month ill have to stick to the 50mm and the 70-200, i really need something wider.
