I have a baileys recirculating dump valve in my fiesta , it has been fine for nealy 10 years now! quality wise it has been fine in that it has not failed me (yet). How it is installed is very important , I am thinking if moving it even closer to the throttle body by using a take off point on the cross-over pipe minimzing the mass of stalled air when it is recirculating air back into my air box. Dump valves should be used to keep the air flowing in the induction system when you come off the throttle not to sound good.
As regards to forge products I recently got one of there actuators on ebay and it was nicely put together.
