Have I killed my lambdas? Cutting out with throttle.
As some might remember I had some problems with the car running bad. Well I thought I'd solved it as I found a black/blue and black/yellow wires which I now realise is the ground for the lambda heaters. Now it idles perfectly for 30 seconds then cuts out and if I blip the throttle at any point it cuts out. If I try to rev it it coughs and splutters before trying to cut out. I'm wondering if running 10 litres of fuel through it while trying to diagnose the running problem with the lambda heaters not working has broken them? Would lambdas cause this problem?

The heaters only work to make the sensor read sooner from a cold start, once up to temp of about 300C is reached they are not needed, hence why some cars don't have them.
They will generally start reading within 1 1/2 mins, so no the fuel isn't the problem, other things can bugger lambda's though.

Thanks. I noticed last night that one of the lambdas is slightly bent so I'm going to replace them both just to rule that out I think. Does it sound like a lambda problem to you? Car is a Mk6 RS2000 BTW.
