Default Anyone got any really good cold/flu remedies?

I've had possibly the worst cold/flu ever for the past few days and can't seem to get anywhere with it (mega sore throat, can't swallow, nose so bunged up I can't breathe, headache, body that feels like it's had a beating blah blah), so if anyone has any good suggestions I would be very grateful to hear them!!

I don't think the fact that I've given up smoking and drinking for over a week has helped as the body is probably going through a massive de-tox at the same time so all the bad stuff is coming out of the system!!!

Any help would be great.

Thanks, Jim
