what make is the turbo timer?

i can only hazard a guess

black = will be earth
red x 2 = permanent feed & switched feed maybe?
yellow = illumination maybe?
blue = maybe connects into handbrake?

some turbo timers connects into the handbrake

Bung it back on ebay mate, they are a pointless gizmo anyway.

If you really want to use it the make and model would help no end.
