...so angry right now!
Just got off the phone from the most hated customer - i would throw her in a pit of snakes

women can be the worst customers, they are so cheeky. This one is always on the phone for at least half an hour telling me my job, then repeating back to me all MY ideas, i manage to get in the conversation
It's too busy here at the mo to be photocopying stuff for her records - in case ours fail!!! (but obviously not so busy i can't visit pf!)
She's just asked if someone else can do some crappy jobs and i told her we actually have other tasks and she starts on about looking after customers

Things are flying off my desk at the moment i am so mad

suggestions as to what i should do?

best suggestion would be DONT do customer service jobs.

i foookin hate them, customers are always right? customers are always wankers more like

Itsmeagain thats the thing - i don't do customer service , i don't take external calls, except from her
I administrate internal accounts for a business, these are the only customers i deal directly with and admin their accounts for them - hope we lose them this year

Let me tell you she is the Executive Officer! and it was the treasurer who didn't know what debtors and creditors were errr try people who owe you money and you owe money, respectively - even a non-finance person knows this
