if she is right, i wouldn't wanna be Lol they ask us for info, which is duely sent and then come back after their 'important' meeting and say they don't understand it - why not ask BEFORE you take it? and furthermore it's information anyone could understand - like what is a creditor!!! can't believe they took financial info into a meeting not understanding it themselves and were expecting to tell others what it meant!
