Default New windscreen needed whos best ?

hi all,

need a windscreen for the family runabout mk3 mondeo ghia X as the crack has started moving again and now its kinda going up the screen so need a new one. been quoted £412 from autoglass so far!
anyone know of an auto windscreen fitter mobile thats good and used before ?

autoglass wouldnt be cheapest....i know, i work for them! - better off with a small independant, look in your local yellow pages

yeah had a flick though the net and come up with £211.88 came out and fitted it, job done www.autowindscreens.co.uk

Do you not have windscreen cover on your insurance? Had mine done the other month, cost me £90 for the excess mind.

Autowindscreens have only just come out of liquidation, and to be honest you could have still got it cheaper if you would have used a small independant (one man band show)

£100'ish + vat would be the norm for that screen fitted, sadly i dont know anyone around your way tho.

never mind, its done now and its safe, as just thinking of my 4yr old if the worst happend.. needed it done and was way better than £598 that i 1st got!

only got 3rd party fire theft on the mondeo, but will think now about paying extra for full comp might be even cheaper, as my bro got a quote on his S-Max for some reason was cheaper to go full comp than tpft!

I had a new windscreen fitted in our mk3 mondeo think i paid £160 fitted and was heated will find the reciept of the company
