Hello,
It has been like this for a while now whenever i put the air con on it smells really bad so i have to open the rear windows till its gone then it will be fine.
Any ideas?
Seems like i had a service then it all started!
Many Thanks Eigdoog

Has the air con got a filter or can you get to the evaporator to clean it. You can get a can of stuff to resolve this problem.

Filter on the ml2 focus is in behind the centre console accessed by dropping the fisebox out of the holder removing the holder, removing the kick panel from the centre console then you will see a rectangle cover held in place by 2 torx head screws possibly has an air duct running across it depending on spec bit remove the cover then the filter will slide out into the footwell with a bit of an argument and bending of said filter. I have known of techs not replacing these on service as they are fiddly so possible it hasn't been changed for a while.
