chopped it in for an E36 M3

and it had a low resale cost because at the end of the day it was only a cossie replica and not all that desirable!

it was also at the point where saph were worth f*8k all, even real ones

Was the coin rusty too?
The 1st saph I built was an imperial blue 24v full cossie rep,was quite nice by the time I sold it for £2400,think I prob spent 7k on it,my s2 cab prob the same, sold for £3600,you never get back what you spend and half the fun got me is buying things, obsolete parts, winning eBay auctions in the last 10 seconds, going on road trips to buy parts.I get enjoyment from that and you can't put a price on happiness ha ha!

my first car was a mk4 zetec s that got wrote off the insurance give me a brand new corsa until i received my payout, this also got written off with my payout's i bought a good fiesta quarts shell and a rotten xr2i and some other bits threw it all together was running a 1.1 gearbox 3 months later i put a diesel box in it and rolled it well sort of cartwheeled it into a tree the tree saved my life for anyone local it was on the Weeton lanes just before the s-bend. this got re shelled into a fiesta i got for nothing of a pal only problem was it brown and half bare metal so me and a friend sprayed it orange with the orange peal and everything a right shed it was coppers use to be onto me at first sight within 2 weeks of me driving the car i got pulled over by a nice police man(for once), where he told me straight the police want you and the car off the road he showed me the intel 37 complaints in 7 days so of the road this come. now i have a clio which strangely had never lets me down done 40,000 miles in her and a escort pickup car cost me £400 got it home the next day i drove it to work on ma way home the brakes falled (the car had a 12 month ticket on it ) and i went into the back of someone. turns out the car had been given the most bent mot ever the rear shocks were rotten beyond recognition and the fact that the rear brake load thing was pissing fluid
