my girlfriends mum has a mondeo mk3 tdci when driving its fine low revs as soon as you go over 3000rpm it brings up the glow plug (coil) light and cuts out. pull over and it fires back up straight away.
iv read a few things this could be but want a few more opinions 1st.
been told to change the terminal on the fuel pressure sensor for a gold clip instead of a tin 1 to get a better conection, also been told to change the sensor. has anybody else had this problem or know how to sort it?
thanks in advance

It's a VERY common issue on TDCi Mondeos, and unfortunately the cause is one of a hundred things. Some cheap and easy, some hideously expensive.
Some people have cured it with a fuel filter (don't get a cheap one) but it could be the cam sensor, or something more expensive such as the Inlet Metering Valve, injectors, fuel pump, the list goes on.
Your best bet would be to have the fault codes read, as that should help narrow down the possibilities.
I'd also advise asking on www.talkford.com in the Mk3 TDCI section, as a lot of people there have had this issue with varying degrees of success.
If injectors or the pump are suspected you do need to go to a pukka Delphi dealer, they're the only people who have the right equipment to test them properly. Most other diesel specialist garages can conduct a leak off test, and that's about it, and that's not conclusive.
Good luck!
