To take the disc of you need to remove the wheel bearing from the carrier.
Remove Caliper
Remove Caliper bracket.
Remove Drive shaft Nut
Insert torx bit (not sure of size) through one of the five holes drive flange (in between wheel studs) you will have to fiddle about to align it with the torx bolt.
remove the 5 torx bolts.
I have a couple of steel wedges I use to free the bearing from carrier , by sticking then between the disc and carrier and tapping them in with a hammer....usually pushes the bearing out.
Remove the 5 bolts holding the disc to drive flange and tap with mallet
they will come apart.
Now the fun bit ...trying to get the bearing of the drive flange. easiest way its to use a cutting torch. or press it off .but be warned they are bloody tight.
Good luck hope it helps

Cheers for that, i sort of thought it was like that but just wanted an idea in my head for when i attack it, how tight are the discs to knock off, also a friend of mine has some oxy acetylene bottles so probably pinch a favor to get teh bearing out, can i just tap then new one in after ive heated the carreir back up ?

you will need a press to get the bearing off. Ive done a few now where ive had to cut right through the bearing to get it off the hub. Good luck. You might need a long lever bar to get the bearing out of the hub.

Discs always come off easy from drive flange. Its the bearings that are a shite to get off. I brought a sykes puller but have never managed to pull a bearing of in 5 attempts ( gave up trying with it now) usually burn them off just have to take your time and not just blast at it
