Default efi block

would like to do a efi conversion on a s2 rst.now i have done some research and as far as i can tell.

i will need a fiesta rs turbo block due to the cps and a efi manifold.

i would just to know: is this this true?
do i need some sort of adaptor plate/s?
how would i go about the loom?
and is it a hard job to do?

yes you need either a hole machined in your block, a fiesta block or a seperate 36-1 toothed wheel and a pick up. It is not a "hard job" if you are familiar with engine management and wiring diagrams. You need a fiesta loom if thats what you mean by going about it?

im not quite familiar in the old wiring department.i will be keeping my eye out for a frst block and loom then.but what about putting the mfi head back on and and fitting the efi manifold and injector rail.would i need to use some sort of adaptor plate or does it bolt straight on to the mfi head?

get an efi head too, but if you need an efi head and block then you be aswell putting a whole 1.8 zetec in, or a zvh at least, lots more GOOD zetecs out there, cheaper and more available than CVHs, in much better condition too 9 times out of ten
