audi s4 4.2
at the moment im using a lexus gs300 as my daily and its giving me around 19-20 mpg. as savage as that is im comfortably affording to run it, however, its getting on a bit and im seriously considering an s4 as a replacement. according to specs they give more mpg which as always good, servicing shouldnt be too much of a sting as unlcle is veg technician.
just wondering if anybody has any experience on these cars? good or bad

Indeed I do have one !! Absolutely love the thing but me being me fancy a change now. Consumption wise you will get 25mpg on a good run, short runs are obviously less! Overall though I cannot find a fault with it, they are very quick but easy to drive normally, the noise of the V8 is unreal (I have a Milltek non resonated system on it as well which transforms it!), they come fully loaded and the build quality is great! Mine will be up for sale in the next couple of months (red but vinyl wrapped white!) as I do fancy a TT!

lol!!! I actually prefer the look of the Avants!! If the rear seats folded on a saloon then it could swing me but the boot on them actually isn't all that great, and it seems the avants tend to hold their money?! Once you hear the V8 though you wont want anything else!!

I let a friend of mine borrow mine new years eve as he wasnt going out (plus I needed to be taken to a couple of parties!!). His 350Z is now up for sale and he wants to buy it!! He loved it!! I fitted the non-resonated centre section a month ago and it sounds soooo nice, even nicer than my friends Audi R8 (not as tinny)!!!! Feel free to come and have a look / drive if your passing Essex.
