What's the major differences like mpg bhp and drivability and can anyone recommend somewhere in the northwest(Manchester) who can do the work.......

Not too sure tbh....it's a 2010 1.8t that's all I could tell you sorry!

Yea, just meant capacity mate... not sure on block/turbo similarities that a 2010 1.8T FSi holds with older models, however, they do tend to respond well to remaps. Quick google search seems to indicate c200bhp and a big lump of torque isn't hard to achieve.

Guess your the best to ask then Stu ha...

The car isn't mine but a good friend, he is happy as larry with the car but the mpg isnt so good.... I mentioned to him about the idea of chipping the car as I have heard vw/Audi respond well to the upgrade but how much difference will it actually make to the mpg, the guy isn't a fast driver he has a brand new ducati 848 for the thrill factor, like I say i suggested it to help with the mpg mainly.

What's the going rate for this upgrade?
