Default need some advise

hi im looking to change my engine in my saph as was wondering what is a good conversion now i have looked into most but never really asked what they are like i have a 2 liter twin cam 8 valve in and i want a bit more grunt can anyone help me out cheers
and yb power is out of the equation already

whats needed (what donor car) for this and how do i keep it manuel and will the v6 be majorly to heavy cheers

donor car would be a 24v scorpio, can still be manual, if you look on the XR register there are loads of people on there that have done the conversion and will be able to help or cosie4I on here has also done the conversion and says it can be done for around £500 but that is with selling some of the parts from the donor vehicle.

Tuned up zetec?I'm thinking n/a,2.0l,throttle bodies and so on.not Cossie power granted but 180 odd bhp should make for a nice quick motor.

Clean car btw.

yeah i am thinking of a 24v now sounds good as 200 hp thats all i need really plus cheep to do but im going to make it a slow conversion as iv already do one before from 1.6

Depends on budget/time C20XE from vaux is what I'd use before the v6 ford.

24V anyday. A fully trimmed saph weighs a lot so a high revving NA screamer 4 potwouldnt be great IMO. Least with a V6 youve got a bit of grunt. v8 would be better though!
